Returns
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can send it back for a refund, exchange or credit note within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email so I can organise your return, and make sure to include your original receipt and contact details. Once your return has been received, I will check the item’s condition and notify you via email if your refund has been approved.
Returned items must be new and returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is faulty or I have made a mistake. I ask that you post your items recorded delivery with the appropriate insurance as I will not be held responsible for items which are lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately it is not possible to refund sale items (this does not include discount codes). For reasons of hygiene, I am unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings. I do not accept returns or exchanges on bespoke, custom orders, resized pieces or made-to-order engagement or wedding bands.
I have the right to deny a refund or credit note if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to cancel or amend an order please ensure you email me within 6 hours of when you place your order. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled.
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Should you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact me within 14 days. I will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, delivering another item by way of an exchange, or refunding the amount paid. The faulty item will need to be returned before I am able to post out a new item.
